How the practice works, so you know what to expect

Missed appointments

If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another patient. [POLICY DETAIL TBC]

Repeat prescriptions are requested through the patient portal. Your GP may ask to review you before issuing further prescriptions.

All results are reviewed by a doctor, and we will contact you if follow-up is needed.

You are welcome to request a chaperone for any examination.
