ECG
An electrocardiogram (ECG) records the electrical activity of your heart. It takes about 10 minutes and is carried out in the practice.
24-hour blood pressure monitoring
A small monitor records your blood pressure at regular intervals over 24 hours while you go about your day. You return the monitor the next day and your GP reviews the results with you.
