How registration works
1. Apply online.
2. Come in to meet a doctor.
3. The practice confirms your registration.
Medical card & GP visit card holders
If you hold a medical card or GP visit card, please include your card details when you apply. If you are transferring from another GP, the HSE will need to approve the change [CONFIRM PROCESS].
If you need urgent medical attention, please phone us on 01 448 8050. For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 or 112.
